RPM Blast tennis racquet string is a high-density co-polyester monofilament string, which features an octagonal shape that creates more bite, more spin and better control. Polyester is known for durability, so this string is great for players who break their racquet strings often. "With daily play and the racquet strung for maximum tension, the RPM Blast lasts a few weeks to a month. The Babolat RPM Blast tennis racquet string is good for players looking for power, durability and want control. The polyester tennis strings are a bit tough on the arm, so we recommend using a softer string in the crosses if you suffer from tennis elbow or other arm problems. "At the pro's suggestion, I tried this string in combination with Technifibre NRG2 strung at 59 lbs. for both on my new Volkl PB10. I could not be more pleased.
