Do It Tennis is committed to giving our international customers outstanding service and fast delivery. Please read the following information so that orders going outside the United States arrive quickly and hassle-free.

Shipping Options

USPS (United States Postal Service): Delivery via USPS is available for all orders. The delivery time is usually between 4-7 business days although we have no control over what happens in customs and any delays that may result. Tracking information is available via the United States Postal Service web site at www.usps.com. You may also track your order from our homepage by clicking on Track Order. FedEx: Delivery via FedEx is also available for all orders. FedEx INTERNATIONAL is our fastest service. Packages are delivered within 2-3 days barring any delays in customs. Duties and Taxes

There are no U.S. taxes on orders shipped outside the U.S. Do It Tennis is not responsible for any customs handling fees, duties or taxes that result when your merchandise is imported to your country. Check with your local customs agency for details regarding possible duties or taxes on your order.

You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes and other charges. Do It Tennis strongly suggests that you check with your local customs agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. Do It Tennis cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees.

As a courtesy to our customers, we mark international packages as “gifts” and declare the value to be a maximum of $25.00 US. This should keep your import duties to a minimum though we cannot guarantee that the package will not get inspected and higher duties levied on your goods.

Frequently Asked Questions on International Shipments

What form of payment can I use to order products?
You may pay with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or Paypal. We also accept International Money Orders (please contact us for more details regarding this form of payment). Also note that Do It Tennis may require additional information from you before we can process your order.

How can I order?
You may order via our secure online website or you may send your order request via email or fax. We do have an international order form available on our website that you can download and print out. We are available Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (PST) and on Saturday from 8 AM - Noon (PST). What is the International Delivery Policy?
International customers will be required by their country to pay duties and taxes before they receive their package. These rates vary by country. Please take note of this extra cost, as it is not included with your Do It Tennis merchandise and shipping charges. FedEx International Express typically takes from 3-5 business days to reach our customers after the order leaves our warehouse, while US Postal Service Air Mail may take up to 8 weeks. What can I not order?
All items on our website can be ordered and shipped internationally, except for tennis balls, ball machines and stringing machines. If you would like to order an item that is not found on our website please email us at customerservice@doittennis.com for price and availability.

What should international customers do who are having problems registering or ordering on doittennis.com?
If you are having problems with the registration or ordering of products, we would be happy to place your order for you. Please fax or email your order to us at fax: 1+ 760-630-0633 or email: customerservice@doittennis.com. Please include your name, billing and shipping address, daytime phone, email address, item number, name, color, size and credit card information.

How are international backorders handled?
We can only ship one package per international order. If your order consists of several items, one or more of which are on backorder, we cannot ship the in-stock items until the back ordered items become available. If you want to receive your in-stock items right away, you must remove the backordered items from your order and re-order them when they are in stock or place the backordered items on a separate order.

What happens if I don’t receive my package?
All international shipments carry insurance coverage. Do It Tennis guarantees the replacement of orders lost or damaged during transit.
